The Rotary Club of Antigua has reaffirmed its commitment to education and youth development through the presentation of a cheque valued at EC$10,000 to the University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus (UWIFIC) as part of the Club's Scholarship Programme and its ongoing partnership with the institution.
The cheque was officially presented to Ms. Adeola Matthew, Manager of the Student Retention and Success Unit within the Office of the Campus Registrar at The University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus, Antigua and Barbuda during a brief presentation ceremony at Rotary House.
This contribution will assist deserving students in accessing higher education opportunities and supports the shared vision of both organizations to empower young people through academic achievement and personal development.
