Our second Green Project - Turtle Monitoring Project in conjunction with the Environmental Awareness Group!
It’s #FieldWorkFriday and today we would like to highlight another organization in Antigua and Barbuda that has been instrumental in our sea turtle monitoring this year.
The Rotary Club of Antigua @rotaryanu_club graciously donated funds to purchase necessary patrolling equipment, such as red lights and backpacks. 
We then trained their members on our research protocols and got them in the field!
Since September, members of Rotary have been helping out with tagging turtles, relocating nests, and excavating hatched ones.
We are so grateful for their help and enthusiasm!
As this year’s turtle nesting season comes to a close, we hope to see many of them back on the beach next year to continue saving our sea turtles.
