The country's Supervisor of Elections @ Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission, Mr. Ian Hughes was Guest Speaker today at our weekly lunch meeting, which took place at Rotary House.
During his presentation, Mr. Hughes gave an overview of the roles and functions of the Supervisor of Elections, the roles and functions of the Commission, highlighted the importance of the Representation of the People Amendment Act (ROPA) in the electoral process and gave an overview of the importance of the Transfer Process.
