The Rotary Club of Antigua welcomes our partners from the Kirkland Downtown Rotary Club to Antigua & Barbuda.
Over the next 10 days, the visiting team will engage in a series of networking and collaborative sessions aimed at strengthening and expanding our Education Through Technology Initiative.
The Education Through Technology Initiative was launched in Antigua through a partnership between the Kirkland Downtown Rotary Club in Washington State, with the goal of modernizing classroom learning across the island. The programme has focused on equipping schools with laptops, digital learning tools, and structured ICT integration support. Since its inception, the initiative has impacted hundreds of students by improving access to digital resources and enhancing classroom engagement.
This visit represents a continued phase
of collaboration deepening partnerships, assessing impact, and identifying opportunities to further bridge the digital divide in our schools.
We look forward to a productive and impactful 10 days of service, fellowship, and sustainable development.
