World Pediatric Project is a non-profit organization with headquarters in Richmond Virginia with the hub for the Eastern Caribbean located in St. Vincent.
WPP has been providing critical pediatric care to children from the Eastern Caribbean as far back back as 2002 and children from Antigua since 2011.

WPP has 12-15 teams of doctors who come annually to the Eastern Caribbean to provide their services to families at no cost. They provide various diagnostic and surgical pediatric subspecialties which are not provided in the region such as cardiology, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, general surgery and orthopedics.  Where cases are more complex they are referred to the US where the surgeries are conducted at one of their partner hospitals.

WPP also provide ongoing neonatal training to their doctors and nurses in the region.
WPP will also be hosting their first ever neonatal Conference in Barbados in February 2019.
