In recognition of World Literacy Day and in our continuous efforts to promote Peace, the Rotary Club of Antigua brought the gift of knowledge and support to our nation’s youth.
Today, as part of our 53rd Anniversary Week of Activities, we hosted book readings that promoted peace and distributed 40 backpacks—10 each to Parham Primary, Sunnydale Primary, Christian Union Junior Academy, and Foundation Mixed School.
A heartfelt thank you to our very own national cricketer Alzarri Joseph for donating the backpacks that will inspire learning and brighten young futures.
Together, we continue to live the Rotary motto: Service Above Self.
