In response, the President of the Rotary Club of Antigua indicated that the philanthropic organization is very grateful for the assistance from this group of young ladies to bring relief to displaced families during these challenging times. We are aware that a number of families have been deeply affected by the economic slowdown, particularly in the tourism industry. The Food Voucher Programme was oversubscribed from the onset and we still have persons who are reaching out for assistance This support allows us to provide relief to some of the families that were on our waiting list.

We would also like to applaud the efforts of this group of young women for raising funds in such an environmentally friendly manner, focusing on recycling and trying to safeguard the environment.
