The Unit for the Blind and Visually impaired at T N Kirnon School will be more equipped to meet the needs of its students, with the timely donation of equipment from the Rotary Club of Antigua.
As part of his official visit to interact with and observe some of the projects being undertaken by Rotary Clubs in Antigua, District Governor (DG) Brian Glasgow was present to witness the brief handover ceremony and congratulated the Club for its work in the community.
In making the donation to the institution’s representatives, Josette Cannonier and Noella Moses, President of the Rotary Club of Antigua Michael Spencer explained that the gesture is in keeping with the Club’s focus this year, raising awareness about disabilities.
