Congratulations to our newest Paul Harris Fellow, Past President Wilbur Alister Harrigan!
Assistant Governor presented PP Wilbur Harrigan with a Paul Harris Fellow the Club's in person meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
The Assistant Governor said she was lead to make the award, because he has been a mentor to her and was most reliable as it relates to RCA history. Additionally, he was her Sargeant-at-arms during her year 2016-17 as President. 'He was an excellent Sarge', she remarked.
