The Rotary Club of Antigua recently hosted a Mental Health Workshop for students of Irene B. Williams Secondary School, creating a safe space for meaningful discussions on emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, coping with stress, peer pressure, and the importance of seeking support.

In partnership with Mental Health Advocate Chaneil Imhoff, students were encouraged to speak openly, prioritize their mental health, and understand that asking for help is a sign of strength.

At Rotary, we believe healthy communities begin with healthy minds. By investing in our youth, we help build stronger, healthier futures for all.

A sincere thank you to the administration, guidance team, and students of Irene B. Williams Secondary School for welcoming this important initiative.
