Today, we welcome and thank Rotarian Wendi Fischer from Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club for taking time to lead this project, a partnership between Rotary Club of Antigua and First Move Chess.

Twelve schools have registered their interests, but due to time constraints, only eight will have in-person visits to introduce the programme. The remaining will receive remote introductory training online.

So students, get ready to embark on an exciting journey into the world of chess, where each move is a step towards victory!

Chess is a captivating board game that challenges your mind and strategic thinking.

This programme uses chess to improve critical thinking, concentration, and math skills in primary school students.

So, gather around, grab your chessboard, and let the adventure begin!
