Rotary International President Elect, Ian Riseley and Partner in Service Juliet make inaugural visit to Antigua.

He addressed the audience at a Welcome Reception hosted by Rotary Club of Antigua and Rotary Club of Antigua Sundown.in their honour and Cocktails Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Rotary Foundation.
