Wayne Mitchell addresses the Rotary Club of Antigua

Mr. Wayne Mitchell,IMF Mission Chief with responsibility for Antigua and Barbuda addressed the members of the Rotary Club of Antigua on July 1st 2015. During a short presentation to the club, Mr. Mitchell along with Director of Foundation Gordon Julien outlined various avenues available to small business to access funds to grow their businesses.
